Notice is hereby given that the 3rd Quadrennial Special Session and the 109th Special Session of the Minnesota Conference of Seventh-day Adventists is called to convene at the Maplewood Academy Gym located at 700 Main St N, Hutchinson, MN, on Sunday, January 18th, 2026 for the purpose of presenting the way forward of Maplewood Academy and for the transaction of such other business as may properly come before the session. Delegates from the churches comprising the Minnesota Conference are on the following basis:
A. delegate as voted in 2022 regular Session or alternative delegates given by the churches
B. Each Member of the Board of Trustees of the Conference
C. Each individual holding a Ministerial Credential, Ministerial License, Commissioned Minister Credential, Commissioned Minister License, Administrative Ministries Credential, Missionary Credential, Commissioned Ministry of Teaching Credential, Commissioned Ministry of Teaching License, or Literature Evangelist Credential, and who are members of a member church of the Conference.
D. Each departmental director employed by the Conference.
E. Each member of the Articles and Bylaws Committee; and
F. Officers of the MAUC, but not to exceed three (3) persons.
The first meeting will be called to order at 10 o’clock a.m. on said date at which time all duly elected delegates shall be seated.
