Pathfinder Fair, a time of fellowship, learning and celebration. As clubs from all over Minnesota come together to share what they have been learning this year and join with other clubs in learning an honor.

Fair Theme: PATHFINDERS IN COMMUNION

Club’ Booth Honor: Knot Tying

Fees (pathfinders and staff) : $5.00 per Person

Directors, Pastors and chaperones don’t pay.

Registration: Open by March 22, deadline April 27

TENTATIVE FAIR SCHEDULE

    • 9:00 am          Directors Meeting
    • 9:30 am          General Check-In and Booth Setup
    • 10:00 am        Welcome, Prayer, Color Guard, Law, Pledge and Song
      • Color guard, Pledge, Law 
      • Pathfinder Song in English 
      • Pathfinder Song in Spanish 
      • Pathfinder Song in Swahili
      • Pathfinder Song in Russian 
    • 10:10 am        Devotional
    • 10:20 am        Uniform and Booth Inspection
    • 10:45 am        Basic Marching and Drill Down
    • 11:15 am        Fancy Marching
    • 11:45 am        Grand March
    • 12:15 pm        Lunch Fundraiser
    • 1:30 pm          Honor Rotations 
    • 5:00 pm          Closing Ceremony and Awards
    • 5:30 pm          Cleanup and Dismissal
  • Display booth
  • Class A and field uniforms
  • Waivers:  all Pathfinders (Each Pathfinder needs a current Conference Wavier. Pathfinder Directors may have collected this already and will need to present them again at this event. You or your club director needs to bring a signed paper wavier or have a parent present for them to sign onsite.)
  • Camp chairs
  • Food or money for lunch;
  • Display booth
  • Class A and field uniforms

PATHFINDER OF THE YEAR

We invite Director’s to nominate one Pathfinder each year that exemplifies the ideal of Pathfinders. A club with more then 40 Pathfinders can nominate two Pathfinders.
