Pathfinder Fair, a time of fellowship, learning and celebration. As clubs from all over Minnesota come together to share what they have been learning this year and join with other clubs in learning an honor.

Fair Theme: PATHFINDERS IN COMMUNION

Club’ Booth Honor: Knot Tying
Fees (pathfinders and staff) : $5.00 per Person
Directors, Pastors and chaperones don’t pay.
Registration: Open by March 15, deadline April 15
Information requested during the Registration Process:
1. Number of Pathfinders/TLTs attending the Fair.
2. Number of the Adults, Master Guides and Chaperones attending the Fair.
3. Number of the Adults in charge of the supervision of the Pathfinder (one per each 10 Pathfinders), cellphone number is required.
4. Name of three volunteers per club for supporting MN Conference tasks assignments during the fair like teaching at a station, setting up and removing stations, handling late arrivals, safety control and support, managing the space, etc.

- 10:00 am Welcome, Prayer, Color Guard, Law, Pledge and Song

- 10:10 am Devotional
- 10:20 am Uniform and Booth Inspection
- 10:45 am Basic Marching
- 11:15 am Fancy Marching
- 11:45 am Grand March
- 12:15 pm Lunch Fundraiser
- 1:30 pm Honor Rotations
- 5:00 pm Closing Ceremony and Awards
- 5:30 pm Cleanup and Dismissal
- Display booth
- Class A and field uniforms
- Waivers: all Pathfinders (Each Pathfinder needs a current Conference Wavier. Pathfinder Directors may have collected this already and will need to present them again at this event. You or your club director needs to bring a signed paper wavier or have a parent present for them to sign onsite.)

PATHFINDER OF THE YEAR
We invite Director’s to nominate one Pathfinder each year that exemplifies the ideal of Pathfinders. A club with more then 40 Pathfinders can nominate two Pathfinders.
