Pathfinder Fair, a time of fellowship, learning and celebration. As clubs from all over Minnesota come together to share what they have been learning this year and join with other clubs in learning an honor.

TENTATIVE CAMP SCHEDULE
9:00 am Directors meeting
9:30 am General check-in and booth setup
10:00 am Welcome, prayer, color guard, law, pledge, song
10:10 am Devotional
10:20 am Uniform and booth inspection
10:45 am Basic marching and drilling down
11:15 am Fancy marching
11:45 am Grand march
12:15 pm Lunch fundraiser
1:30 pm Camping honor rotations (15 minutes/station)
4:30 pm Closing ceremony awards
5:00 pm Cleanup (Camping Skills 1 & 15) and dismissal
- Display booth
- Class A and field uniforms
- Waivers for all Pathfinders (Each Pathfinder needs a current Conference Wavier. Pathfinder Directors may have collected this already and will need to present them again at this event. You or your club director needs to bring a signed paper wavier or have a parent present for them to sign onsite.)
- Camp chairs
- Food or money for lunch
PATHFINDER OF THE YEAR
We invite Director’s to nominate one Pathfinder each year that exemplifies the ideal of Pathfinders. A club with more then 40 Pathfinders can nominate two Pathfinders.
