PATHFINDER BIBLE EXPERIENCE

PbeThe Pathfinder Bible Experience (PBE) is a unique opportunity for Pathfinders to deepen their understanding of the Bible through friendly competition. Participants study assigned books of the Bible and demonstrate their knowledge at local (area), conference (state), union-wide and division levels. PBE not only fosters a love for Scripture but also promotes teamwork, spiritual growth, and leadership among Pathfinders as they prepare to advance to the next level of the competition.

State Level Pbe

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to each Club Leader and Team for their unwavering dedication and efforts in facilitating the State Level PBE participation. It is an immense privilege to have the opportunity to grow through the profound study of the Word of God.

No meals are provided at this event. And all activities are happening in the Maplewood Gym. Please bring a sack lunch or coordinate meal prep with your club. Keep in mind there are very limited outlets in the gym. Some clubs have expressed and interest in exchanging food, so why not bring enough food for your club and some to share, so that you can sample other clubs favorites foods as well.

This event is going to be graded live online on a site called NearPod. So you will need to provide one a device for each teams scribe to record the teams answers. Computers are ideal, though a smart phone can work if necessary.

We look forward to a fun journey through God’s word, as well as the SDA Bible Commentary (Theme Section Only). You must participate in the Area level in order to go on to other levels. At each level, teams meeting the required criteria will move on to the next level event. All teams who score 90% at their Union-level competition are invited to attend the Division-wide finale.

Every participant needs to fill out the club waiver as part of the club registration process.

There are three languages officially supported in the NAD Pathfinder Bible Experience (English, Spanish, French), and thus three official Bible translations:

  • English: New King James (Thomas Nelson Pathfinder Edition recommended)
  • Spanish: Reina Valera 1995 (RVR1995)
  • French: Version Louis Segond en Français

General information can be found on the official Pathfinder Bible Experience website.
