OBJECTIVES

Challenge women to use their talents and spiritual gifts for the glory of God.
WOMEN'S MINISTRIES IS...
- A space to address the spiritual, emotional, physical, and social needs of women.
- A source of encouragement, helping women reach their full potential in participating in the church’s mission.
- A support system for women facing challenges such as loneliness, divorce, or abuse.
- A forum for addressing issues that uniquely impact women.
- A mentorship network for young women to discover joy in the Lord.
Women are a powerful force in the Seventh-day Adventist Church. When women minister to their families and communities, the whole church benefits from their spiritual strength. All women are invited to participate in different ways:
- By promoting active women’s ministries at the local church, conference, union, and division levels.
- Through prayer and encouragement.
- By volunteering their talents and leadership skills.
- By providing financial support.
Women’s Ministries sponsors and develops various programs, including:
- International Women’s Day of Prayer (First Sabbath in March)
- Women’s Ministries Emphasis Day (Second Sabbath in June)
- enditnow Emphasis Day (Fourth Sabbath in August)
